Sales Policy

As the buyer, you are responsible for reading and understanding our sales policies. By purchasing or inquiring about a rabbit you agree to comply with them in their entirety.

Electronic payments only. Payment is made exclusively through our website.

All rabbit sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges once rabbits are accepted for delivery.

If you choose not to accept your rabbit at delivery inspection, you will receive a full refund. 

In compliance with Texas law, we do not release rabbits until they are 8 weeks old.

In compliance with Texas law, rabbits are not sold for slaughter, or as food for other animals.

We do not sell rabbits to persons under the age of 18. 

We reserve the right to refuse a sale for any reason without explanation.

We make no health guarantees once a rabbit leaves our care. After the sale is finalized, you assume responsibility for veterinary and medical bills.  

It is your responsibility to do a final sexing and inspect your rabbit for suitability prior to acceptance for delivery.

Pickup Process

You agree to pick up within seven days of purchase. If not picked up on the agreed date, we will re-list the rabbit and your purchase price will be refunded less feed and maintenance costs. 

Pickup is done at our location. Please bring a suitable box or carrier for transporting your rabbit safely home. We do not provide transport containers.

Miscellaneous

We want you to be a successful owner! You may contact us any time with questions or concerns about your rabbit and we will do our best to assist you.

If you are unable to keep a rabbit you purchased from us, please contact us. At our discretion, we will take the rabbit back and find it a suitable home. No questions asked, without charge.

SALES POLICY IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE

These functional meat rabbits are heat and humidity tolerant, have excellent temperament, and are a great choice for sustainable homesteading.
