Safe Handling Instructions: To prevent illness from bacteria: keep eggs refrigerated, cook eggs until yolks are firm, and cook foods containing eggs thoroughly.

Eggs are unwashed.  For best quality, food safety and shelf life, we recommend gently washing in water and mild unscented dish soap at 90 degrees Fahrenheit, dry the eggs and keep refrigerated until use.
